Geltungsbereich der Garantie

This warranty covers all LED modules of LUMITRONIX LED-Technik GmbH which contain either"LEDs.de" or"LUMITRONIX" in the product name.

By "LED modules", as used in these warranty conditions, we mean active assemblies consisting of circuit boards with light emitting diodes (LEDs). These may be equipped with or without integrated control electronics.

Examples of LED modules from our product line to which these warranty terms apply include, but are not limited to: MultiBar, Aventrix, PowerBar, LumiFlex, MaxLine, BackMatrix, Conext and SmartArray.

Products such as LED light chains, LED decoration, LED flashlights or similar, although they may contain LEDs, do not fall under the definition of "LED modules" in this context and are therefore excluded from these warranty conditions.

Warranty duration

We guarantee the technical function of the products under normal household conditions and within the specifications set out in the product descriptions or data sheets for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.

Warranty limitations

This warranty applies exclusively to end users. Failures of up to 2% der light sources on a circuit board as well as color and brightness changes are not considered defects and are therefore excluded from this warranty. Also excluded are damages caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, modifications, external influences (lightning, wetness, overvoltage, ...) or non-compliance with the operating and maintenance instructions.

Warranty service

In case of a warranty claim, LUMITRONIX LED-Technik GmbH will, at its own discretion, either repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price. If necessary, the defective product will be replaced by an equivalent or comparable model if the original model is no longer available.

The costs for the replacement, including labor and transport costs, will not be reimbursed. The customer must provide proof of the date of purchase as well as proper operation within specifications.

Warranty transfer

This warranty is not transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred to any subsequent purchaser or user of the product.

Enforcement of the warranty

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service. For this purpose, please have your proof of purchase and, if applicable, other proofs of proper operation of the product ready.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the liability of LUMITRONIX LED-Technik GmbH is limited to the purchase price of the product. In no event shall LUMITRONIX LED-Technik GmbH be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Warranty exclusion for third-party products

This warranty does not apply to products or accessories manufactured or provided by third parties, even if they are used or sold together with LUMITRONIX LED-Technik GmbH products.

Effect of repairs on the warranty

Any unauthorized repair or modification of the product, or attempt to do so, may void the warranty.

Spare parts availability

LUMITRONIX LED-Technik GmbH does not guarantee the availability of specific spare parts over the entire warranty period of 10 years. In this case, LUMITRONIX will endeavor to find a suitable solution.

Legal rights of the consumer

This warranty does not affect the consumer's statutory rights. Additional rights granted by local consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
